This morning, the stretch was just what the doctor ordered. I was uber sore from Legs & Back still — which I didn’t mind a bit, but wanted to get a good stretch in, hoping that by tomorrow’s Chest, Shoulders & Triceps I’d be refreshed and ready for action.

#P90X Day 26: Core Synergistics

Hot diggety! You know a workout is well worth it when you do it 8:30pm and at 5:45 the next morning you’re already sore. I upped my game on all fronts this time around.

I had 15lbs free weights with on everything except the “X” maneuver. I used a 10lb resistance band for those and still had trouble hitting 30 solid moves. I was able to hit a few more reps on all the pushup moves without sacrificing being able to go all the way down.
