#P90X Days 48 & 49: A recap

DAY 48: Legs & Back Legs & Back was good. This time I used resistance bands instead of my Iron Gym. It was quite a difference. Each pullup, even with all three bands in use, was easier than using the Iron Gym, but I was able to hold each movement at the top (or bottom, as the case may be) and I was able to aggressively work the middle muscles in my back moreso than I ever have before.
