Last night was proof positive why a full day of Rest or X Stretch is almost mandatory when it comes to P90X. Chest & Back was brutal this time around. Plyometrics: The "X" in "P90X"

Tonight’s workout was F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C! I pushed myself to the brink, much like I did last time. In some workouts I was stronger than last week and in others I was definitely weaker. I felt like my recovery time from Plyo is longer than the others, or at least prolonged by the other workouts.
