P90X Day 10: Shoulders & Arms

P90X Day 3: Shoulders & Arms

Shoulders & Arms was good times!

[/caption] Day 3 & Day 4 actually are the same day, but I’ll address each workout with individual posts. I doubled up on the workouts Saturday.
