WELCOME TO WEEK 5
First off, let me explain that this post is a little long. The day was full of insight and wonder as I geared up for the first day of Week 5: Chest, Shoulders and Triceps.

I’ve recently been in contact with two different Independent Beachbody Coaches. If you’re on twitter and are looking for a good resource for support/information @shandal and @fitdadpdx are two great resources. I picked both their brains about, specifically, the recommended adjustment to the P90X diet for Phase 2 (which is the next four weeks).
