P90X Day 10: Shoulders & Arms
The name of my game: Resistance Bands. Good for the mind and the body. So, a mere 10 hours after I did Round 2 of Plyometrics, I got my self up at 4:45am this morning and did Shoulders & Arms. And much like last night, I did my best and forgot the rest! I pushed myself to the edge this morning. P90X Day 3: Shoulders & Arms
Shoulders & Arms was good times! Day 3 & Day 4 actually are the same day, but I’ll address each workout with individual posts. I doubled up on the workouts Saturday. I did Shoulders & Arms in the morning and then did Yoga X in the evening. My goal is to try and catch up so that come Tuesday I’ll be ready for Day 8. But I digress….
