Workout During Recovery? Good idea or bad idea? I say, “Fantastic idea.”
All I know is this guy kept pushing play. You should too. This morning I had the pleasure of doing Day 65 of P90X, but I was pretty scared to do so. This weekend, I had some fun family business to take care of, and as such my workouts got all jumbled up. #P90X Day 44: Plyometrics kicks your butt, your legs, everything.
The Airborne Heisman...tough or not-so-tough? Last night’s foray into Plyometrics was definitely the best yet. Right now, my goal is to stay at Dom’s pace (the dude in the back). P90X Day 9: Plyometrics
Plyometrics: The "X" in "P90X" Tonight’s workout was F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C! I pushed myself to the brink, much like I did last time. In some workouts I was stronger than last week and in others I was definitely weaker. I felt like my recovery time from Plyo is longer than the others, or at least prolonged by the other workouts.
