Pork Chops and Cabbage When I was working at home all day every day, my lunch was incredibly structured. I could make it whatever I wanted — which was instrumental in my losing weight. That setup made it so easy for me to just whip up a chicken breast, some salad and 1/2 a grapefruit easy peasy. Working at Hallmark now, it’s a bit more difficult to make those decisions.
