#P90X Day 44: Plyometrics kicks your butt, your legs, everything.
The Airborne Heisman...tough or not-so-tough? Last night’s foray into Plyometrics was definitely the best yet. Right now, my goal is to stay at Dom’s pace (the dude in the back). #P90X Day 43: Quivering Muscles Everywhere
Yesterday afternoon I was hit with the sad news that a family friend had passed away suddenly. It was a sad moment and, as I rushed away from work to be with my wife and her family, I was fully prepared to just take a day off from P90X and be the support that I knew I might need to be. #P90X Day 42: X Stretch Armstrong!
Check her out! It's 'Baby Downward Dog'. This morning, the stretch was just what the doctor ordered. I was uber sore from Legs & Back still — which I didn’t mind a bit, but wanted to get a good stretch in, hoping that by tomorrow’s Chest, Shoulders & Triceps I’d be refreshed and ready for action. #P90X Day 41: Kenpo X. No pun. Intended.
Elbow Series: "Up, down, in, out." This morning I got my wife off to work with a tasty Power Smoothie and some Omega Coffee (Hazelnut, if you must know.) and then I donned my sweatpants and hoodie, cranked the heat in the apt to 75 and Pushed Play on Kenpo X.
