#P90X Days 48 & 49: A recap

DAY 48: Legs & Back Legs & Back was good. This time I used resistance bands instead of my Iron Gym. It was quite a difference. Each pullup, even with all three bands in use, was easier than using the Iron Gym, but I was able to hold each movement at the top (or bottom, as the case may be) and I was able to aggressively work the middle muscles in my back moreso than I ever have before. #P90X Day 46: Yoga, Imbalance and A-game Status Quo

Yesterday P90X was put on the back burner – intentionally. Later last week a friend of my family’s passed away mush unexpectedly and the weekend was spent in a mixture of actual business work, offering support to the grieving and attending the memorial service. #P90X Day 45: Half. Way. There.

Tony Horton is in decent shape. Sort of. I guess... What a workout to have on the day where I get to say, “I’M HALF WAY THROUGH P90X!” Back & Bicep continues to be, what I honestly think, is the most difficult P90X Classic workout.
