Fit Test #3, Recovery and Expectations (INSANITY Day 36)

ARX/ARX2 Hybrid version 1.0
As many of you know, I’m a sucker for a killer ab/core routine. I like finding them and I like making them. Last night, after I wrapped up with Back & Bicep at the gym here at Hallmark, I got down on my mat for some Ab Ripper X, but ended up tweaking it slightly as I went. Defying Stereotypes & The Compliments That Ensue

A #P90X Graduate’s Look Back….and, oh ya, my stats.
A few days ago, as many of you might recall, I tweet blasted the world (read: my twitter followers and facebook) that I was officially a graduate of P90X. (cue monty python cheer).
