Who says you can’t eat alot AND have a reduced-calorie diet?

P90X Day 12: Legs & Back
Legs & Back: Tough as balls. Good Monday Morning to you all! Is it strange that I’m all about the mornings? Monday is no exception! P90X Day 9: Plyometrics
Plyometrics: The "X" in "P90X" Tonight’s workout was F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C! I pushed myself to the brink, much like I did last time. In some workouts I was stronger than last week and in others I was definitely weaker. I felt like my recovery time from Plyo is longer than the others, or at least prolonged by the other workouts.
