P90X Day 10: Shoulders & Arms
The name of my game: Resistance Bands. Good for the mind and the body. So, a mere 10 hours after I did Round 2 of Plyometrics, I got my self up at 4:45am this morning and did Shoulders & Arms. And much like last night, I did my best and forgot the rest! I pushed myself to the edge this morning.
