Hot diggety! You know a workout is well worth it when you do it 8:30pm and at 5:45 the next morning you’re already sore. I upped my game on all fronts this time around.

Not much to say about this workout. Thing went great. Having done this last week with a black belt in Kenpo, I felt much more confident in doing all the moves to get the most out of them.

Let me be clear. I love, love, LOVE this workout! I love the circuit-based style. I love the gains I’m seeing. Aside from the Side Tri Rise, I think this workout is flawless. It hits all the right parts of the shoulders, bis and tris.
