#P90X Day 26: Core Synergistics
This is how I looked after this workout. Really. No, not really. Hot diggety! You know a workout is well worth it when you do it 8:30pm and at 5:45 the next morning you’re already sore. I upped my game on all fronts this time around. I had 15lbs free weights with on everything except the “X” maneuver. P90X Day 16: Plyometrics
Plyo time w/ Trek2Bfit. Not me, but he's having fun! Plyometrics last night was good. This is my third go-round with it, and i still love it. In truth, though, it was hard. I still pushed myself, as I try to do with every workout, but some moves were just really hard to last those 30 seconds.
