#P90X Day 44: Plyometrics kicks your butt, your legs, everything.
The Airborne Heisman...tough or not-so-tough? Last night’s foray into Plyometrics was definitely the best yet. Right now, my goal is to stay at Dom’s pace (the dude in the back). "Faster and with some noise!" What, no Core Synergistics today? Nope. Today I was supposed to do my first go at Core Synergistics, but I switched Kenpo X and Core Syn. today and tomorrow, so Pandia (my gorgeous wife) will have the opportunity to try Core Syn. with me. On to Kenpo….. What a hellish workout this morning – in both the good and the bad ways. I had the genius idea to workout in swe [Continue...]16
