Hot diggety! You know a workout is well worth it when you do it 8:30pm and at 5:45 the next morning you’re already sore. I upped my game on all fronts this time around.
I had 15lbs free weights with on everything except the “X” maneuver. I used a 10lb resistance band for those and still had trouble hitting 30 solid moves. I was able to hit a few more reps on all the pushup moves without sacrificing being able to go all the way down.
Even in the midst of all the stretching, good diet and recovery I’m trying to immerse myself in, it seems I’ve just royally messed with this small part of my left hamstring. It’s unbelievable sore, but only when I use it. If I’m just sitting in a chair, I won’t feel a thing, but if [...]
