P90X Day 15: Chest & Back….so brutal #p90x

Day 15: Chest & Back...BRUTAL Last night was proof positive why a full day of Rest or X Stretch is almost mandatory when it comes to P90X. Chest & Back was brutal this time around. P90X Day 10: Shoulders & Arms

The name of my game: Resistance Bands. Good for the mind and the body. So, a mere 10 hours after I did Round 2 of Plyometrics, I got my self up at 4:45am this morning and did Shoulders & Arms.
