#P90X Day 47: Kenpo X Madness

"Rabbit punch, Rabbit punch, into the side kick. That's right, the side kick!" - Black Sheep Last night I set the stage for what I knew was going to be a tough workout this morning. I went over to my brother’s house for a fantastically home-c0oked meal, good time with my nephew and nieces, and then got the chance to meet some of my brothers good friends over some tasty, tasty high class brews. #P90X Day 46: Yoga, Imbalance and A-game Status Quo

He’s a beastly leg master. This time I was pretty successful. I’ve spoken before about how I can hit the double times for the High Knees and Rock Star Hops. Last night I hit the double times for the Mary Kathrine Lu [Continue...]

#P90X Day 43: Quivering Muscles Everywhere

Yesterday afternoon I was hit with the sad news that a family friend had passed away suddenly. It was a sad moment and, as I rushed away from work to be with my wife and her family, I was fully prepared to just take a day off from P90X and be the support that I knew I might need to be. And glad to do so. However, it turns out I had some free time on my hands last night and I thought, “What better way to get m [Continue...]
