Yesterday P90X was put on the back burner – intentionally. Later last week a friend of my family’s passed away mush unexpectedly and the weekend was spent in a mixture of actual business work, offering support to the grieving and attending the memorial service. Yesterday afternoon I was hit with the sad news that a family friend had passed away suddenly. It was a sad moment and, as I rushed away from work to be with my wife and her family, I was fully prepared to just take a day off from P90X and be the support that I knew I might need to be.
