#P90X Day 46: Yoga, Imbalance and A-game Status Quo
Yesterday P90X was put on the back burner – intentionally. Later last week a friend of my family’s passed away mush unexpectedly and the weekend was spent in a mixture of actual business work, offering support to the grieving and attending the memorial service. #P90X Day 45: Half. Way. There.
Tony Horton is in decent shape. Sort of. I guess... What a workout to have on the day where I get to say, “I’M HALF WAY THROUGH P90X!” Back & Bicep continues to be, what I honestly think, is the most difficult P90X Classic workout. #P90X Day 44: Plyometrics kicks your butt, your legs, everything.
The Airborne Heisman...tough or not-so-tough? Last night’s foray into Plyometrics was definitely the best yet. Right now, my goal is to stay at Dom’s pace (the dude in the back).
