Defying Stereotypes & The Compliments That Ensue

A #P90X Graduate’s Look Back….and, oh ya, my stats.

A few days ago, as many of you might recall, I tweet blasted the world (read: my twitter followers and facebook) that I was officially a graduate of P90X. (cue monty python cheer). #P90X Days 48 & 49: A recap

DAY 48: Legs & Back Legs & Back was good. This time I used resistance bands instead of my Iron Gym. It was quite a difference. Each pullup, even with all three bands in use, was easier than using the Iron Gym, but I was able to hold each movement at the top (or bottom, as the case may be) and I was able to aggressively work the middle muscles in my back moreso than I ever have before.
