INSANITY Day 15: Fit Test #2 and other thoughts

It’s the holiday season. Hoopty do.
If you know me, you know I love Christmas. You know I love the holidays and all the tradition(s) that comes with the season. I love how things get kicked off with a night of trick or treating with my little brother-in-law. ARX/ARX2 Hybrid version 1.0
As many of you know, I’m a sucker for a killer ab/core routine. I like finding them and I like making them. Last night, after I wrapped up with Back & Bicep at the gym here at Hallmark, I got down on my mat for some Ab Ripper X, but ended up tweaking it slightly as I went.
