A #P90X Graduate’s Look Back….and, oh ya, my stats.
A few days ago, as many of you might recall, I tweet blasted the world (read: my twitter followers and facebook) that I was officially a graduate of P90X. (cue monty python cheer). The Ultimate Snack List
Often times I get calls or emails asking for suggestions for snacks, and it’s surprising how tough it can be to find the right snacks in a grocery store full of awful and tempting treats to lead you off the path to good nutrition.
