INSANITY Day 15: Fit Test #2 and other thoughts

INSANITY Day 1: Fit Test

Even if the Fit Test has only given me an inkling of an idea of what I’m in for the next two months, I will say this: “You can do anything for 30 seconds” no longer applies. ARX/ARX2 Hybrid version 1.0
