#P90X Day 42: X Stretch Armstrong!

Check her out! It's 'Baby Downward Dog'. This morning, the stretch was just what the doctor ordered. I was uber sore from Legs & Back still — which I didn’t mind a bit, but wanted to get a good stretch in, hoping that by tomorrow’s Chest, Shoulders & Triceps I’d be refreshed and ready for action. I’m still sore, but it’s only 8am. I could tell immediately afte [Continue...]

#P90X Days 37 & 38: The Daily Double!

I was honestly shocked to see him in line here. At the salad bar. But the moment the shock wore off, I felt a sense of pride for him. I thought, [Continue...]

#P90X Day 29: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps…

Grrrrrrr. Bring it. WELCOME TO WEEK 5 First off, let me explain that this post is a little long. The day was full of insight and wonder as I geared up for the first day of Week 5: Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. I’ve recently been in contact with two different Independent Beachbody Coaches. If you’re on twitter and are looking for a good resource for support/information @shandal and @fitdadpdx are two gr [Continue...]
