Workout During Recovery? Good idea or bad idea? I say, “Fantastic idea.”

All I know is this guy kept pushing play. You should too. This morning I had the pleasure of doing Day 65 of P90X, but I was pretty scared to do so. "Rabbit punch, Rabbit punch, into the side kick. That's right, the side kick!" - Black Sheep Last night I set the stage for what I knew was going to be a tough workout this morning. I went over to my brother’s house for a fantastically home-c0oked meal, good time with my nephew and nieces, and then got the chance to meet some of my brothers good friends over some tasty, tasty high class brews. A [Continue...]

#P90X Day 46: Yoga, Imbalance and A-game Status Quo

Yesterday P90X was put on the back burner – intentionally. Later last week a friend of my family’s passed away mush unexpectedly and the weekend was spent in a mixture of actual business work, offering support to the grieving and attending the memorial service. This morning, I got up at 4:30 to hit Yoga X was a passion. I was sleepy, but prepared for greatness. Only thing is, somebody forgot to tell gre [Continue...]
