INSANITY Day 15: Fit Test #2 and other thoughts

INSANITY Day 1: Fit Test
Even if the Fit Test has only given me an inkling of an idea of what I’m in for the next two months, I will say this: “You can do anything for 30 seconds” no longer applies. Tony Horton’s Plyometrics is one of my favorite workouts of all time, and this looks to be Plyo on crack, and that makes me giddy as a schoolboy.
