Day 18: Yoga X

Saturday was a big day for P90X – my wife was finally back in the game! She joined me for the Yoga X workout and it was a really great time.

It was my weakest endeavor into Yoga, and I was still incredibly sore from Plyometrics. My hammies were super tight and, my wife (a dancer and instructor) who is just disturbingly flexible was just all over the place.

My balance is definitely improving, but I’m always surprised at how my left leg is much more balanced than my right leg. Through the entire workout, my left side can handle much more.

Anyhow, I know I”ll get better, as I know I have already gotten better from when I first began. I have a general flexibility that is so much greater than what I used to have. I feel like my body is awakening.

I think I’m my gains are going to continue I need to take advantage of every stretching day. I just don’t stretch enough.
